I'm honored to serve as one of your Jefferson County Delegates in the West Virginia Legislature, representing the 98th District. As a lifelong Jefferson County resident, this community isn't just where I live—it’s part of who I am. Jefferson County is my hill to die on.
I felt called to run for Delegate to make West Virginia an even better place to live, work, raise a family, and retire with dignity. That inspires me every day and that is why I am excited to announce my campaign for re-election this year.
I’ve been fighting for the issues that hit closest to home for us in Jefferson County: better jobs, better schools, better infrastructure, enhancing public safety, while protecting our water and way of life. That means working to optimize government efficiency and collaboration, lowering your tax burden—like reducing personal income taxes 5% (SB392 - https://tax.wv.gov/Individuals/Pages/PersonalIncomeTaxReductionBill.aspx) this year, and working towards increasing the homestead exemption for our seniors—and ensuring our schools are safe by putting security personnel in every building, while supporting educators and public employees with a 3% pay raise this year (HB 4765), and giving every child the opportunity to succeed, in the learning model best for them. The best social program is a good job and that is why I am working to support all sized businesses and create opportunities here at home, so that families can thrive.
Beyond the bills and votes, I’m here to listen to every single resident of District 98 to learn more about how to best represent you, and I want to engage with all of you.
The Eastern Panhandle is growing fast, and we need effective representation in Charleston to ensure our infrastructure and our people aren't left behind. I’m honored to be your voice in Charleston representing my home county and state in the House of Delegates.
If you have a concern, a question, or an idea, please reach out. Let’s keep working together in building a stronger Jefferson County and West Virginia.
God bless you, and God bless West Virginia.

A champion of Jefferson County, rooted in faith and family
Committed to transparency, accountability, and integrity in government • A constitutional conservative.
I am a fourth generation Jefferson County resident whose roots are in Jefferson County's agricultural community. I believe West Virginia and Jefferson County’s greatest assets are its people, unique geography, and history.
I have spent most of my adult life as an advocate of Jefferson County farming, especially our thoroughbred breeding and racing industries—a critical part of our county’s economy and agricultural heritage.
I am one of the few of the people I grew up with, after graduating from Jefferson High School, Shepherd University, and WVU Law School that had the opportunity to stay in my home county and state. We lose too many of our young people to other states where there is more opportunity. It’s time to keep that opportunity here at home.
I have the experience and credibility to work with my future colleagues as your representative. I support:
- Being part of positive solutions to make West Virginia a leader in free-market and conservative policies.
- Protecting the life of the unborn
- Protecting our 2nd amendment rights
- Keeping more of our tax dollars in Jefferson County to fund our traditional and charter public schools and growing the HOPE Scholarship
- Lowering taxes
